I bought this kayak to enjoy more time in the out doors. It's very stable and tracks very well. I am a large guy (260 lbs) and enjoy the ride. Only downfall is there is no sealed storage.

This is my first kayak, I love fishing and wanted to try my hand at fishing from a kayak. Being that I am new to kayaking I did not want to break the bank on my first go. I was instantly hooked on my first trip out on the lake. The boat tracks well enough and is very light so not to much trouble to load it up and hit the water. Very stable and comfortable. My first time out it was only 40 degrees but I enjoyed myself so much I completely lost track of time. It doesn't have as many bells and whistles as I would like but again a great boat to start out in.

Last year we bought my wife a Teton Pro so she could float along while I kayak fish. She is in love with her kayak. We've even been able to bring our two dogs out on floats with us. When her seat disappeared during transport recently, Lifetime service rep was able to quickly help find us a replacement. The quality of kayak for price is remarkable. We also ended up getting a Teton so we could bring friends along. I now recommend the Teton Pro to friends looking for an affordable yet stable, comfortable, and good tracking platform.

Bought this in early summer after reading lots of reviews. I agree with the positive feedback. The kayak is easy enough to carry, tracks well, and is stable. With my gear and my size, I'm closer to the weight limit than I care to be, but no worries. Once I leaned too far and some water poured in, but she didn't dump me. It's actually fairly hard to tip over. Some reviews aren't kind to the seat, but it's comfy enough. There is some decent storage in arm's reach. I added a milk crate to the stern too, but it's not exactly the easiest reach. In terms of speed, she moves alright, but in waves the kayak moves at snail's pace. Long story short, great kayak for the price. Plus there are lots of modifications to get it fishing ready.

Good balance, easy to get in and out. Seat is not the best one out there, but for this price this was exactly what I was looking for.

Very happy with this purchase. We bought 2 of them and used them on a couple of lakes and a river. Comfortable and stable with no concerns for wakes made by water sport like water skiing or tubing. Nice take along pack holds sweatshirts and small gear. The rear bungie straps holds the pack securely. A bit difficult to reach the rear pack while seated in the kayak, but the pack is portable and nice to have.
