We bought this for our 9 year old. We have not had a chance to use it due to the cold weather. It is light enough that she can carry one end and appears to be small enough for her to use with no problem

I bought the Pelican Mustang 100X in July and have taken it out on rivers and lakes. Love it- seat is very comfortable and cockpit is roomy. I especially like the storage areas- and the fact they are removable. Only downside is that is drifts when you stop paddling- I wish the tracking was more on point. But I used to have a more expensive Old Town kayak that did similar, so.... I would recommend the Mustang!

FIRST kayak so do not have anything to compare to all I can say is it is very stable can haul your cooler and wife and still seems easy to paddle.It is easy to get in and out of and no problems hauling in pickup.

I bought this a little less than a month ago and been to the lake about 4 times now and I love it it’s sturdy and I’ve went over sum fallen trees and not any noticeable scratches love the rod holders and the front storage don’t have to worry about water getting in the drain plugs work great love the tackle box up front the seat is not the best the back rest is really low and uncomfortable so I just rest my life jacket and it does the job it’s not the lightest but u can carry and put it on top of a car with not to much hassle overall great kayak for the money in the future I’m looking for a paddle sit on top kayak for fishing

We are new at kayaking. Went one time on sit on top kayaks, wasnt sure we would be comfortable in these but i did alot of reviewing prior to purchase. And we got two of them. Color choices are great. These kayaks are excellent, very stable even when you stop. The price is excellent @$199. You cant beat it, worth every penny. Spent four hours in the lake today and cant wait to go back. I highly recommend these for all ages. Very comfortable and lots of storage area.

This is my first kayak and I love it. I’m able to get it on and off of my car by myself (130lb Female) It’s great for lakes and small rivers!

We bought our kayaks a month ago and so glad we did. We sold our pound prowler to be more adventurous and get a little more exercise. We are having a blast and can't wait for more adventures!
