Bought this for my teen as a starter kayak. Not planning on using it much. Maybe a few times a year. I think it will work good. The set foot pegs don't seem to be set just right for her but she makes due. Overall, it's a good occasional use kayak and I'm planning on buying another one next summer for me.

A couple of weeks ago I put this and another boat in my cart because I could not decide between them. After going to our local Dicks with my youngest we walked out with both boats. He took the Mustang and I took the Blitz. We are both as happy as clams in our kayaks. Yesterday we got to spend 3 hours on the lake trying all kinds of things. Loved every minute and nothing was as hard as some people made it out to be. Cannot wait for another nice day with a day off to go back out on the water. BTW for those of you who, like me, were raised to believe that a hole in your boat is bad, you really do get used to not having scupper plugs in this boat and then are thankful when you realize how much water actually gets in it from paddling that there is a way to drain it out. I did buy scuppers but am not so sure I will need them. And if you do buy some to have on hand, buy the small ones.

I bought this kayak about 2 weeks ago. Used it twice and loved it. I also bring my 2 year old son in it with me and holds up great. Great storage space and love the fish pole holders. Would recommend!

I bought this to have plenty of outdoor fun at the lakes and on the gulf this summer.

I have been very happy with this kayak. The seat is very comfortable. Lots of storage room. I can carry it to the river by myself. Only two issues, 1. the bungee cord for the paddle storage broke first day. Cheap material used so I replaced it with a stronger, thicker bungee cord. 2. Clips holding front of the seat could be made of stronger material. I think LIFETIME cut a few corners here.

Bought my pelican last year very satisfied. Stable, durable, easy to handle, handles in rough and smooth water excellent. Now I bought this year pelican carrier. Love it. Both are highly recommended.
