I am very happy with it for the price. I do wish that it had some side handles to make it easier to carry. Overall, it's light enough for one person to carry it.

This is a great kayak, very stable, easy to maneuver, glides straight as an arrow with no issues. The quality of the kayak is rugged yet outstandingly comfortable I spent almost 2 and a half hours on the river today for it first voyage. I can honestly say, I could have stayed out longer however was getting hungry. Sadly I could not give it 5 stars because I found just a couple of design flaws. First flaw is there should have been a handle on each side of the cockpit area. This would make it much easier for carrying purposes. Second flaw is the far front compartment is all but useless. It is not very deep or waterproof and while in the water reaching this compartment is out of the question. The bungee cord and latch hook used to hold the cover on should have been facing the occupant and the compartment closer to the cockpit. Third flaw is it would have been nice to have some sort of paddle holder. several times my paddle almost fell off into the water while at rest. Even though the money I paid for this really was not that high it would be nice to enjoy all the features this kayak has to offer.

Bought this boat after a year if comparison over cheaper Perceptions, Old Town, and others. I'm a whitewater guy but decided to buy a flatwater boat to go with my girlfriend. Best flatwatet boat I ever been in. Tracks straight as an arrow, tons on space, but is still lighter but thicker than a comparable Perception or similar brand. Concave bottom sticks to the water like glue and is ultra-stable even in wakes after boaters blow by. Worth every penny. My only complaint is the rear well is NOT sealed and not a dry well. Also a paddle rest would be nice. Got mine here on sale for $350.

I’ve had it for a couple weeks now and taken it out 4 times on a quiet small lake. Perfect! I’ve just fooled around and also fished off it. I can easily haul it in and out if the car myself because it’s so light.
