My wife and I bought a pair of these and were very pleased with them. Dicks’s has well over 100 kayaks to choose from and the kind staff recommended this one for maximum value. We bought the Field and Stream food rack and out the door for about $700 we had boats, paddles, live vests and a roof rack. Better deal than Costco!

I would rather use a sit on top kayak for the simple fact that when we go out on the river every other person tips over and fills completely up with water and then you have to drain it all out before starting again. It's very hard to flip over too!

I had been wanting a kayak for a while and was looking at quite a few other products, hoping to keep it affordable because this would be my first kayak. I have taken this kayak out on four occasions now and I couldn't be happier. I have been able to handle it through 20 mph winds and white capped waves, moves well down the river but not too fast, so it's enjoyable! The pole holders are convenient and the flat parts are great for holding items still and upright. I'm really happy I decided to make the purchase and it's been totally worth it! Also, I am a 26 yr old female and can load it on my SUV with ease!
