This kayak really does handle with ease. A little bit of time on the water and it was like second nature to me. Take your time and become comfortable. The foot adjustments are perfect for me with plenty of options. I am of average height for a girl at 5'6\". I even took my sister's pup for ride!

I purchased this particular kayak after i sold one very similar to it and had instant regret. Tried a few others and got very lucky with this one. I generally kayak for distance 10-20 miles at a time in light current with rocks and some obstacles such as large rocks, small drops etc. This kayak is EXCELLENT in performance. Its easy to keep on track and takes very little effort. Very well balanced, 2 times other riders near me went 'overboard' on their kayaks and i was easily able to navigate and stay stable. I was worried about the light support on the back rest but it proved to be just fine with 4 hours of paddle time. Its a very simple layout and impressive as such. Purchasing the style that have the holes such as this one, seem to make them much more stable. Took on very little water and stayed dry the majority of the time. Seat is slightly raised with adds comfort and keeps you dry.

Only had it out once for it's maiden voyage so far, but no complaints. It moved well through the water. The weight was manageable when loading it on top of
my car.

I purchased this to navigate a 1000 acre lake and canal system. It has opened up a new world to me, and it has been great! The kayak is comfortable and I feel low in the water and able to really move efficiently fast. Waves and wind are a relatively minor issue compared to my ride-on-top kayak, which is more difficult to use when the water is rough. Very happy with the build quality and the light weight, it feels as if it will last for many years.

I bought this so that my wife, son, and I all have a kayak, and I am very happy with it. My son uses it the most to go fishing.

This past summer was my first time kayaking and this kayak was absolutely perfect. It’s sturdy, easy for me to load on top of my car and does well even in choppy water. I also appreciate that you include colors for women(sad you removed the pink/yellow) but grateful for the stardust so I didn’t have to settle for a standard blue or green kayak like most of the others are.
